Launched in 2021, Chris Dorsey Architects is an innovative architecture & design practice based in the Downtown LA Arts District working with a wide range of residential and commercial clients. From designing bespoke restaurant and retail spaces to large-scale adaptive reuse and industrial redevelopment projects, we are excited to work with our clients to conceptualize, design, and realize their project’s full potential.
What excites us most about architecture is the opportunity to take a challenging site or idea and unlock its hidden potential. Every project and site has its unique constraints and complications, but finding ways to harness that uniqueness often leads to inventive design opportunities that may not have revealed themselves otherwise. Chris Dorsey is a registered architect & artist with more than 15 years of experience in the industry across a diverse range of projects. He holds a Master of Architecture from The Pratt Institute in New York City, and a Bachelor of Architecture from Southern Polytechnic State University (now Kennesaw State University) in Georgia.
