Monterey Park Pickle Ball Club is an adaptive reuse concept to take an existing industrial warehouse building and redeveloping it into a members-only pickleball club. Working in close collaboration with Natalie Kazanjian Architect, the club was designed to feature 8 regulation-size interior pickle ball courts with showers & locker rooms, a full-service coffee and beverage bar, as well as a spa and other amenities.
